Bakugan is a popular anime series composed of fifty-one episodes. The story runs with the characters twelve year old Dan and his friends and of course the bakugan. Though there is no stiff rule in bakugan certain things must be observed and followed for the game to be officially started. Like most battle and card games, the players need to put the cards in the arena lying face down and the youngest player goes first. But it is more than just a game of wars and winning but of strategies as well. Remember that your aim here is to get or eat the three cards of your opponent. Then this game requires a lot of strategies.
The “G Power” of the bakugan in the battle field is the main consideration. Will you put all the powerful bakugans all in one game or will you let the weaker ones go in first? Bakugan is quickly becoming the latest hit in anime character battle games. It has been selling quickly like hotcakes in toy stores across the U.S. and Canada. Bakugan features both a cartoon show and a competitive card game with many accessories to accompany it just like Pokemon. The show can be seen on Cartoon Network and features the cards and marble characters that are portrayed as beings from another dimension.
The game components include:
• The Bakugan Battle Arena
• A Bakugan Starter Pack in red, which includes three red Bakugan marbles, three character cards, and instructions outlining how to play the game.
• Five additional Bakugan marbles and character cards in blue, green, brown, red, and grey
Each card represents a Bakugan Battle Brawler character. Each Bakugan piece consists of a marble that is rolled across the battle arena until it lands on a Bakugan card and unlocking and transforming the Bakugan piece into a particular fighting position. When two marbles from opposing players land on the same card, a simulated battle will happen. And that determines which player captures that particular card. There are numbers on the Bakagun marble pieces as well as on the cards that indicate the scoring. And a quick series of scoring calculations from the numbers on the cards and marbles determines who will win each battle and the game.
Even though the math involved in keeping score of the battle rankings was a bit beyond for a four year old kid this age it certainly wouldn't pose a problem for older kids. It wouldn’t interfere with their enjoyment of competitively shooting marbles across the battle arena game board until they landed on a card and opened up into a Bakugan character. We just have to see where this Bakugan Marble toys fad will go.

Bakugan Battle Brawlers is newest anime fever this season. It is another battle-game anime, like Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon, where the game is very, very real. Bakugan Battle Brawlers is a battle-game anime about five friends who play a game to save the Bakugan universe as well as their own.
Bakugan Battle Bralwers is about Dan and his friends who decided to create a game with the game cards they found one typical day. When they started playing the game brought out the true power of the cards. Each card gave life to a creature name Bakugan every time they play the cards.
Then Masquerade came and wreaks havoc and introduced the Doom cards to the game. The Doom cards send the losing Bakugan to the Doom dimension where they ultimately disappear and there masters cannot see or play the card game ever again. Dan and his friends teamed up with one goal and that is to defeat Masquerade and stop his master plot to destroy all Bakugan and create the Ultimate Bakugan to rule over Earth and the world of the Bakugan.
The idea behind Bakugan is very much like other familiar battle-game anime, such as Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon. The players go into battle to train their Bakugan and become stronger. The players and their Bakugan then have a very tight bond with each other and becomes their primary fighter in the brawls. The characters of Bakugan even take on the typical personality types found in other battle-game anime. They have Dan as their leader. Shun is the tough and brilliant emo in their group and Runo is the valley tomboy who really isn't very good at battling. They also have a beautiful model in the character of Julie. It’s just easy to play Bakugan even a four year old kid can play this with.
You need some basic information about Bakugan so that you and your kids can enjoy this new toy trend.
Minimum of two players and a maximum of four players can play at one time. Each player must first select a deck of three before you begin each player must select a deck of a minimum of at least three Bakugan Brawlers and three cards to use in the game. There must be the same number of cards and brawlers in each play.
Each brawler should close up into a ball called the Sphere Mode. When it is rolled onto the metal card and hits the card at the right spot it will pop open into Battle Mode. When the Battle Brawler is in battle mode you will see its G-Power. If your opponents battle brawler lands on the card that your brawler is sitting on they go into battle and the battle brawler with the higher G-Power rating wins the battle.
Each card should face down so that no player will know the ability of the card they are using. There are Normal Cards, Character Cards, Command Cards and Ability Cards; these are the four types of cards. When a card is in battle a command on the bottom of the card may affect the battle.
If you do not have a battle arena it is still ok. The game begins with each player placing a card face down on the battlefield closest to their opponent.
Your shooting spot is the distance from your opponent’s card that they placed nearest you.
Each player will take turn from their shooting spot and no player can skip a turn if they have any Bakugan Brawlers in their hand.
Once there are no more Bakugan left to play or all the cards have been won from the battle field, the battle is over. And the winner is determined by the adding the HSP points of each card that the player has won.
